Well it's starting, the dream I've had since well.... forever, is finally coming true. I've always been a dreamer - and I'm sure my friends would back me up when I say I'm not the most pro-active person out there (never the planner, always the follower). But, in this instance I'm finally putting my 'doing' hat on and making things happen. I'm curious for how this will go, although I'm confident in my vision for the studio and know that it will attract a group of wonderful people who are all interested in looking after their well-being. The main thing I'm excited for is sharing my passion for movement and helping others to feel good in themselves.

Here on the Blog, you'll have access to my innermost thoughts (muahaha) usually related to yoga, health, wellbeing, dance etc - though sometimes I might shake it up and write about random things that come to mind. Don't take it too seriously, and PLEASE don't judge my spelling, punctuation and grammar - this is for fun not an exam. I'm so lucky to have this opportunity and I will do everything not to waste it.
