Service Description

Join me for a full day of movement, learning and deep rest — a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself. We’ll begin with a 90-minute Vinyasa practice designed to build strength, stability and awareness. Expect intelligent sequencing, clear guidance and options for all levels, so you feel both challenged and supported. After practice, we’ll slow things down with teas, coffees and space to connect before moving into a yoga philosophy and journaling workshop. This isn’t about abstract theory — we’ll explore how traditional yogic teachings can support real, modern life. You’ll be guided through reflective prompts to help you integrate the practice beyond the mat. A nourishing vegetarian lunch will be served, giving you time to refuel and reset. The menu is inspired by Middle Eastern dishes and includes; tagine, hummus, smoked aubergine dip, tabbouleh, parsley, mint, and spiced crumbled tofu. Yum!! In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a Sculpt Fundamentals workshop — breaking down key movements and techniques so you feel confident, strong and aligned. Whether you’re newer to sculpt or want to refine your foundations, this session will help you move with greater clarity and control. We’ll close the day with Yoga Nidra meditation — a deeply restorative guided practice designed to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, spacious and recharged. This retreat day is open to all abilities. Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, clearer and more connected.
